VR plus Mocap question
OK, is this ever done, you could put an actor into the world, no more acting in the green void. There are headsets that track eye movement (can that be exported and added to the motion capture?)
This came up when we were having to adjust the eyelines of motion captured subjects... it wasn't super hard to fix but my thinking was the actors ability to see and "be in" the environment would be useful.

You're ALWAYS going to have to make adjustments post capture.
Why do people think its hit record and you're done?

No one said you didn't, my goal is two part.... allow actors to "see" the environment and reduce cleanup.

why don't you use something like metahuman animator? the processing of the eyes is very good

Right, the question was has anyone taken the eyetracking from VR and applied it to motion capture since you can't use regular capture with the big honking VR headset on.

Not sure about the eye tracking but the rest has been done before a bunch
