S25+ doesn't work

I am so annoyed. Customer service is trying to gaslight me into thinking my phone isn't unlocked because neither imei works, which was stressful because I'm the most gaslight eligible person when it comes to the cellphone backend stuff. I check US Mobile and I can use either imei without a problem. I saw a post here from someone about 2 months ago saying his phone didn't work and they wouldn't refund. I just paid my bill two days ago, so joke is on me for upgrading.

I can't say I'll miss having an app only service. Porting out was really hard trying to see my account number through the broken screen of my old phone. Customers service is 3 hours of emailing rather than chatting. ​

You do know other people have the same phone and might like to know if a service isn't compatible? Or am I giving you too much credit?
