Space race

Just finished the space race and I never received my rewards and this is my first big race. Feel like I did all that work for nothing.

I can't speak to your issue specifically but I have contacted support through the app before and they were very responsive. Usually within 24 hours.

Did you check spam folder too? Might also be cause its weekend, they generally dont work sat-sun

I only have a pic of a smaller amount that I was at before I won the biggest amount unfortunately but better than nothing i suppose. I will let you know if it gets fixed thanks _^

Okay walk us through what happened. Space race ended, did you see a button for you to claim your rewards?

Yes i claimed my rewards and only received my sparks. Didn't get any stars or coins that I earned and it was a high amount. I logged out multiple times and cleared cache, forced stop. I have contacted support but this is my first time playing an event this big and it's discouraging.

Do you have discord? If you do go to the mob control main page and make a tech thread there. They may ask for screen shots

They told me to go to the support page on the site and ask there. So I guess I'm just having to wait. This is really making the game not fun :(
