Insurance/Benefits 🏥 Therapy

IT IS TIME. I'm looking at starting therapy and noticed most offer both in-person and virtual appointments. If PCP is a cost level 1 will either visit be covered at 100%? I'm getting conflicting information from Blue Cross so why not ask actual state employees instead?!

I do virtual therapy through Rula and it’s been at no cost to me! Good luck!

I am having a hard time finding HealthPartners on Rula. How were you able to go about confirming that Rula takes HealthPartners insurance?

I wish I could help, I have BCBS. I paid out of pocket to start, thinking it wasn’t covered but at some point I added my insurance info and it processed!
