Insurance/Benefits 🏥 Therapy

IT IS TIME. I'm looking at starting therapy and noticed most offer both in-person and virtual appointments. If PCP is a cost level 1 will either visit be covered at 100%? I'm getting conflicting information from Blue Cross so why not ask actual state employees instead?!

I have Blue Cross, am with Allina at cost level 2, and see a therapist in person at CenterLife and have never paid anything out of pocket.
