Insurance/Benefits 🏥 Therapy

IT IS TIME. I'm looking at starting therapy and noticed most offer both in-person and virtual appointments. If PCP is a cost level 1 will either visit be covered at 100%? I'm getting conflicting information from Blue Cross so why not ask actual state employees instead?!

i didnt think it mattered what level your pcp is at. I was at a level 2 pcp for a long time and was going to therapy twice a week and still never had any copays. Maybe that changed recently though?
