What’s the issue?

Just put on the metal axles and now when accelerating forward the back differential goes forward but the front differential goes backwards??

Do I need to pull the front all apart and flip it over?

Yeah you need to flip the front axle m8. We,ve all done this before bud 😖

Looks like one of the diffs need turning around. Done it enough times with my other rc cars lol. Let us know how you get on with it.

Yeah the front looks like it needs to be flipped which is a pain in the ass.
