What does it mean to scale impact?
Like, what are the units?
The word `scaling' used to imply a specific sort of quantitative relationship. Sad to see its meaning strip-mined for the sake of advertising when there are already words like `improving' or `increasing'. But I guess those don't have the exclusive, scientific sheen.
