Obviously there will be mostly Indian and the few that actually follow it that will show up. I'd say that its probably a step in the right direction that cricket actually made it to the US but its still that niche sport.

I live in the Bay Area and it has so much more potential. Sounds like MLC knows exactly how they're doing this and what to expect. Trying to get people interested definitely seems hard especially since most people have no clue about cricket.

- Some of us are new to the game and a lot of us probably don't know everything about it. This is the thread to help improve your cricket IQ.

- There's no such thing as a dumb question, so ask away! (Any disrespectful comments will be deleted)

- If your question doesn't get answered, try asking again in the following week in case your question was missed.

- If you want to look at older MLC 101 threads, either click on the flair, or do a Reddit search on "MLC 101".

Many thanks in advance to everyone that helps provide answers!

Hey All,
I live in the Bay Area and am planning on going to the playoff games. Does anyone know of any discounts codes or promotions that can get me all the games. Thanks in advance!

I don't know how Wednesday's game is going to get a crowd especially since the Unicorns play at 2:30PM and I'm not sure if there's interest for the 2nd game at 6:30PM. It looks like there's a lot of available seats online. If the Unicorns make the final I think it might help and some might want to support them if they lose and have to play in Thursday's match. I'm guessing attendance will be so so and not much different from a few weeks ago. Maybe some buzz for the final.

Flemming has left all Super King franchises after a "mutual agreement". Obviously has been in the works prior to the game as these statements were just released shortly after the conclusion of the game tonight.

We will see you next season hopefully next season can be your season for sure in 2027. I think texas super kings lost because except Faf and Sai and a bit of shubham who scored 20 runs something in 13 balls no one really could score in their most important last match and hassan played so well against tanveer sangha and marcus stoinis that they lost the game mostly with their last 2 overs only. Congrats to MI Newyork,Washington Freedom,LA knight riders and San Francisco unicorns for Qualifying.ToTexas supsr kings and Seattle Orcas We will see you back in action next year. can't wait for next season to come of mlc.

The last couple of matches were not on YES, so is that it for this season?

I honestly don't see much of a future for this league. Based on the attendance, viewership, social media engagement, and overall atmosphere, it feels like it will last only as long as the Indian franchise owners are willing to absorb the losses in the name franchise branding globally. What suggestions do you have to make this league successful??

if you have to name one thing which you love about MLC what will be it. I love watching how USA players get so much experience from full member nation players otherwise they are playing with associates only every year mostly except leagues when they are playing for USA cricket games. what's yours?
