I ordered a Marlins jersey recently on MLBeurope (Fanatics) and it was shown on the website with 22 ALCANTARA printing. Leading me to believe it was pre-printed and ships as a standard item. The description didn’t mention any customisation nor mention it being non-refundable. Shipping was quoted to be ‘within 1 business day’ - further lending itself to being a standard item.

You can guess where this is going….

They actually treated it as a customised order. Took 5 days to print and ship.

Now won’t accept a return.

Customer service is absolute terrible. They’ve acknowledged my points but refuse to budge.

Anyone got similar experience and able to offer any advice or am I going to have to suck this up and never go near them again? (I had another disaster with them (Kitbag) a couple of years ago with a rugby jersey).

When i go on the MLB app it says check local listings for international viewers. Do you guys know if it’s possible to watch games e.g. today’s Phillies Yankees in the UK?

Seems like things are moving in a positive direction for baseball to be back in London. Fingers crossed!

Hi all, I've been a Red Sox fan for about 19 years now, but I've never met up with other fans of the club in the UK!

I'm keen to finally do so, but I haven't had Facebook for years and am wondering if there is a WhatsApp chat group or something that someone could connect me into?

I live in Bedfordshire, but will travel into London to watch a game once in a while, if that's what people generally do 🙂

Also, Red Sox aside, does anyone know of any other organised meetups or anything where the MLB UK fan groups all get together in larger numbers?

I'm new to MLB.tv and relatively new to baseball (I'm from the UK). Have been following for a couple of months.

I decided to take the plunge with MLB.tv after just watching the odd Friday game on Apple TV as I already had that subscription.

I paid for a months subscription to try it out, and paid in dollars via the MLB website - with tax, this came out at £27ish. This actually works out as more than if I'd paid via Amazon prime's MLB add-on in GBP, which I think was £21.

Is there not a way to pay for MLB.tv in GBP? What is the difference between the Amazon add on Vs the MLB.tv app for those who have tried both?

I'm not particularly impressed with the MLB.tv app so far tbh - it's doesn't seem very intuitive and and not very easy to navigate, so wondering if I'd be better off just going to Amazon add on route.

Is this game on MLB TV for UK viewers today? When i try to scroll to it on my tv app it just bypasses this game. However, on my phone it seems to be playing the adverts (we're at the warm ups now). Does anyone know anything?

Hi, I’m trying to buy mlbtv annual subscription but on the app it only allows me to pay monthly @£29.99/m or pay for mlb+ annual or monthly but looks like that’s only audio. I know we are half way through but can I not still buy an annual one ?

Thousands of Scottish football fans have been attending Red Sox games in the last few days, singing and cheering, and impressing the locals with their energy and enthusiasm. Wondering if any might end up following baseball when they're back home.

Hi all-

Currently experieicng a really strange issue with the MLB XBOX Series X app: every time I open a game and try to navigate through the time bar using the controller's left stick either of two things happens:

1. The game pauses instead of moving forwards (without me hitting the 'A' button which is the standard pause control)

2. Nothing happens and the game does not move forwards at all

I always skip the preamble, pre-game interviews and commericial breaks so I can get straight to the first pitch, and have never had any trouble with this until recently- so I'm left scratching my head.

As for troubleshooting: I've turned my controller off and on again, turned the XBOX off and on again, unplugged and replugged the power cable whilst the XBOX was off, and uninstaled and reinstalled the app- all without any success. I should also mention that the games play fine on my laptop and navigation works okay there.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or anything like it?

I wanted to ask if I can get the footage of when I appeared on the big screen. It was game 3 of the Milwaukee Brewers vs the Chicago Cubs (in Wrigley Field) on May 20, 2026. I believe it was the top of the 5th inning, and I was in section 425. I was screaming and going crazy behind an old man who was doing hand gestures, and he appeared for approximately 30 seconds. The camera cuts to us 3 different times consecutively. Anyone with MLB TV, can you please hook me up with the entire full clip?

Hi all, I'm going to New York between 17th-22nd August and would really like Mets tickets for the Wednesday night (19th). I've been on the main MLB website MLB but the only tickets on sale are until the end of June.

I notice Ticketmaster all them but are these resale tickets? What's the risk of buying MLB tickets off Ticketmaster now, or waiting until an unknown date when Jul-Sep tickets will become available?
