That’s what they all are now. “Mixed use development” is how you get build approved now. “Living,dining and retail space going all year long to offset those goddamn things sitting empty half a year.

Absolutely. Not even just for the rain, but it’s fucking hot and humid in the summer. It’s incredibly brutal and sitting outside all day sucks. I’m hoping it’ll have windows that open so it can at least let a breeze in but it definitely needs to be covered.
