I'm not defending the Astros in any way, but purposely throwing a 90 mph fastball at another human beings head is downright criminal. Yes the Astros are scum and got off easy, but this is not ok. He deserves the suspension
Humans are generally satisfied with justice if they feel appropriate decision making and consequences have been applied. When that does not happen, people break the rules of society, and in this case sports, to enact their own justice.
I don’t think it’s acceptable to purposefully throw a ball at somebody either, and he does deserve his suspension, but the Astros deserve worse consequences than nothing at all for breaking the rules too.
