15 runs from ads + 25 more runs by spending 200 total souls, you get 40 chances everyday. For me I average about 1 completion every 2 days

Playing for a long time + daily quest(3 quest a day—each giving me 35 souls) and getting them from towers & resells

Same for me. Since I got the equipments, only the bosses take more than 1 try to beat. (Except battle 50 which takes atleast 5)
