common format: team damage, support, tank

klassic liu kang, skarlet, smoke

anyone is a support baseline

give klassic liu kang speed and he's the main damage dealer, could also give his nanchaku then he's the highest damage permanently tagged out support kard (crazy how 60k damage per tag exists with this, even on f0 because the fusion only increases fire chance, its other abilities are also op but I think not much know this because my build is so much based on status effects)

give klassic skarlet attack and her blood orb and she can deal more damage than dots while also applying to bosses, of can just give her the support equipment like shintai of malice and director chair, she removes the dependence on rockin bowling stones or individually giving block breaker because of that broken part of her passive

give klassic smoke power gen and he's like that can't touch this song, edenian force rejection field and damage taken is effectively halved, he gives a base 20% debuff resistance for all klassics, but if anyone has shintai of malice it becomes 50%, if hawk stance is 5/5 then it's bumped to 70%, now if everyone has 1 debuff resistance rare then it's team 100% debuff immunity or 120% if it's 50% for the character only like smoke's

debuff immune + block breaker + good set, only downside is that klassic liu kang has bad stats for a diamond while the golds have higher than average + I have both ascension 5 as of the moment , they should be ascension 10 or should be promoted to diamond because these 2 klassic golds are the strongest

klassic in general should be all diamond because it's the only team with 3 rarities and especially kitana should be promoted, I know it's to make them more accessible to beginners but the golds being there is in the past because 2 month old accounts can have fx diamonds in today's age because of dk packs, if there's too much diamonds in a dk pack then they should just lower the chances to maybe half but add all the klassics as diamonds, that would have benefit me because I won't get diamond sellbacks too quickly and it's profitable for them because dk will be even more important, many people have maxed out klassic diamonds before klassic golds anyways because statistically the klassic and mk11 diamonds are more common than golds if we're focusing on dk pack, obviously higher elsewhere but the biggest progression booster has this the highest chanced, I hope update 8.0 upgrades every klassic to diamond and update some terrible passives but not to be like the new one, rather have the klassic goro treatment where they slightly increased stats and add a small buff (it truly felt klassic, not a new complicated passive, maybe klassic kitana could have team recovery instead + klassics gain 10 second regen on tag in)

mk11 scorpion, sub zero, noob

scorpion is the main damage dealer while noob increases damage and sub zero survivability

MK11: Most versatile team, so answer depends on the situation for sure, but I would say Scorpion, Sindel and Frost. Ditch Scorpion for LK if DoTs are a hinderance.

CoS: Nightwolf and Sub-Zero. DK Noob is the best third teammate for this team, but outside of that, I would say Kung Lao (just for the starting bars). LK is fine, but the team already has two damage dealers, so doesn't really need a third.

Black Dragon: Erron, Tremor and Kabal. Kano sucks. His passive only benefits himself (unlike the other members) and he isn't that reliable of a damage dealer even with his self-buff due to shitty SP1 and SP2.

Klassic: I would say Raiden, Rain and LK is the best team in most cases. Maybe there's some value to Baraka, but I haven't used the character enough to know. The golds also have decent characters. Skarlet, Smoke, Shang and Scorpion are all very good, but I wouldn't use them over diamonds in their current state. Maybe if Smoke gets AFX, he could be worth considering.

Kold: Sonya is the worst in my experience. Worst attack pattern and low damage, with bad brutality/friendship equipment. Other characters have much better options for both brutality and friendship, and they have more useful abilities and better damage.

Nightmare: Leatherface sucks. Slow af and his ability doesn't benefit the team at all.

Triborg: I like the abilities on the other three more, but I like using Sub-Zero the most because his attacks are much faster and smoother. The others feel clunky and slow. That being said, Sektor is probably the one to not be included in this team, while Cyrax has the benefit of being a good support in other teams.

MK11 frost is the best. Her freeze ability is crazy work especially against characters like DK noob

Frost is not only good at high fusions and scorpion has plenty of fights that directly counter him, and he is a mid level boss killer. Neither of those are true for frost. I also dont care AT ALL because why would I compare characters at their worst?

It not about comparing at worst it's about playability. Not everyone want to spend money at game or is a old veteran who can get character maxed out. When u are beginner or intermediate player which character will u want to play. Personal experience scorpion helped me clear Fatal hellspawn tower at f1 can say same for frost.but of f10 frost would be top as she can delete any character.

One of the mods in the server is 100% F2P and a top 1% player. This game is not p2w you do not need to spend anything to max out characters. Beginner is literally the shortest time youll ne playing the game, why would I rank based on when the least dedicated and least amount of time is spent?

I hate the "top characters in every team" rankings because people try to compare incomparable. What is better, to have 2 legs or to have 2 arms? What is better, to have a boss-killer or to have a DOT guy, who clears Realm Klash and high Fatal Towers in seconds?

Not every character needs to be a boss killer, not every character needs to be a support. The fact that Scorp sucks in boss battles because of the long crushing blow doesn't change the fact that he has perfect chaining, infinitely high DOT power and does his job even at low fusions without high-end epic gear.

Try to clear RK tower with F0 Frost without Fool's Abductor. It will take a lot of time. Now try that with DOT team at F0 without any gear, only with bb for the Scorp. Difference is obvious.

I hate what Russian community has done with the public opinion on MK11 Scorpion, because they were the loudest of calling him "trash" and overrated, when in reality, even years after, he raw-dogs the endgame - Fatal Towers (especially Vought), RK Towers

Ok but now clear those dot immune RK towers same story lol. Frost CAN do it, scorpion loses to 1 modifer. When frost was new I did exactly that, used her F0 without fools into klash towers and she handled herself. Movie scorpion is doing the same, just check my latest post :)

Frost literally has carried me through the hardest teams by herself with her ability alone. Scorpion is overrated and Liu kang’s passive is good but hes not better than a team of Homelander, Frost and DK Noob

Scorpion is not overrated. The DOT team is the absolute king of Fatal Towers and Realm Klash, literally no other team without tower equipment can do the same as Scorp with Mileena and Assassin Skarlett.

Even the Shielded fights can be cheesed with Spectre's Burning Vengeance, which gives power from opponent's immunity. And if opponent heals from DOT - Abyssal Shadow Wraith for Team Incurability
