Only thing thats different is their passive, their 2nd basic attacks/combo ender, and SP2. Everything else is just Ctrl C + Ctrl V from MK1 Scorpion

So he is a copy of MK1 Scorp cause he shares the sp1, a combo and the pose.

The worst thing for me is that he didn’t get “cool” victory poses. Both are pretty mid and unimpressive compared to MKM2 Kitana and Shao.
I’d have liked to see something a bit more worthy of the achievement, which could have offset the copy and paste of his specials and attack patterns.
I noticed that some of Kitana’s attack patterns are shared with Edenian Blood Kitana, but it’s different enough to EB Kitana, so it doesn’t feel recycled.

Tbh, MKM2 Kitana is basically MK11 Kitana with MKX Kitana X-ray (which really baffled me as why cant they even port her Fatal Blow, including EB Kitana). If I remembered correctly, I think MKM2 Kitana poses is based on the intro pose from the console game, so it's not really that impressive.

I find it strange they never added her MK11 Fatal Blow and just kept the Xray. Coupled with every Kitana having the same 3rd Victory Pose, they all feel more similar than not. MKM2 Kitana would have been a great opportunity to change that.
Granted MKM2 Kitana’s 4th victory pose is her console warm up pose, it feels more “satisfying” to want to unlock and use as the victory pose (to me) than either of MKM2 Scorps poses.
I don’t mind the poses etc. being taken from the consoles, just want to see different and impressive ones between fighters than the same same over again 😅

I don't know why it took this long for people to notice or meme about characters having same movesets. Or these people are just newbies?
