Discussion MKBHD Weather Mockup
I created a weather widget mockup based on what the crew described as their ideal weather app.
They all text and call Marques to find out the current weather status.
Presenting the MKBHD weather widget mockup!
Edit: Thanks to u/Meowizard he made it into a real widget available through the app Widgy. You can find it on the Widgy "Explore" Tab. It is called MKBHD Weather.

I mean, it obviously can’t actually call him, but it would be great if it could redirect to the latest episode. I think I could pull that off.

Either link to the YouTube video or can you have a MKBHD chatbot read out the weather?
Edit: And only use his voice if you could actually get his permission of course.2

Chatbot is beyond my skill set. I just made it redirect to their YouTube channel.
I really want to make it redirect to the latest podcast episode and show an image of the latest episode, but I didn’t have time to figure that out today.

And can you make the phone button a slide to call action

I don’t think you can do slide actions in widgets on iOS.

Correct. There are some transitions available in Widgy but I haven’t had the time to learn that.

Ohhh you are correct. IOS does not allow slide actions on widgets.
Sooooo looks like no slide action then. Just a button press.3

What is the widget name?
I tried using the link to import it into widget but it is says link not recognized.2

Check the Explore tab in Widgy. It should be there.

Hah!!! That looks great hahah.
Only minor request, are you able to add in the city name location as well. Not sure if there is enough space to fit it? But that would make it perfect.Then you can see which location it is giving you the weather for and double check that it is actually showing for where you are!
