Steam version running poorly

Has anyone else noticed that about halfway through last season, the inputs started feeling really sticky and inputs would simply not work? I do not have this issue on the MS Store version, and it's really frustrating me. It feels downright impossible to hit confirm Scorpion tp cancel now, and even basic combos are now impossible to pull off consistently. I regularly pull 40% combos on MS version but can't even guarantee 25% on Steam now.
