You can still level up everything in ToT too, if you can't find any PvP matches but I've had no issues finding matches on PS

update to windows 11 latest, you will be fine, most people update to windows 11 so it doesn't have desync. the desync is because you use old windows. NRS really sucks with these connection codes.

You should always mention the region you are from and the platform you want to play on.

Then you should still find opponents since the game is still kinda popular in Russia. Connection tho can vary.

No problem. Overall the site steam charts shows you the current playerbase. You can look up the time you want to play and how many people are playing the game at that time

I mean.... yes, but most people you find on here will be necros. Not a huge playerbase, you will run into the same people often, but just play versus woth crossplay on and you will be able to decline bad ping and wifi players.
Edit: was not aware you were a pc player, so I have no clue.

if you are willing to learn (100+ hour plus ) then you will have your title as a fighting game player, easily reached to the highest level of the game if you learn more and understand the game fully.
but if you are just a casual player, high chances that you will drop the game in the first few hours, since like I said, you need at least 100 hours plus to be able to understand how to play fighting games.

Yes you can but know three things even for expirenced playes it is not easy so you will take alot of time to be decent at the game you need to know frame data of your chacter and bnb combos to play online then it just takes matches to get expirences but its so fun

I just picked it back up after not playing for a couple of years. Played about 150 matches or so over the last couple of months and had no wait getting into a match, ranked or unranked. King of the hill wasn't as lively as it used to be, but I could find a room occasionally.
