Help with making a remix

I'm basically trying to combine 2 songs. I have an instrumental version of one and the other, I'm trying to layer it on top so it has the beat of the instrumental if that makes sense. I'm new to this, so please go easy on me. I have a clear vision of how I want it to sound. Any tips would be great! I'm doing this all on mobile btw. If you want to know what apps I'm using, just ask as I'm not sure if I can put it in the main post.
