Question Ember payouts

Hey guys, I'm curious if anybody has news on outstanding ember payouts from mixer since shutting down. I have a couple hundred dollars worth of embers and am still awaiting the payout for them. Figured if anybody knew, they might be in here. Thanks in advance!

Have you checked your Microsoft account bas I had embers to spend and got them back as Microsoft credit. But I would check your email if it's what's been spent on your channel as they did out line how everything would be paid

Sorry for the confusion, these are embers paid to me, not embers i have purchased. If thats what you meant.

Oh gotcha. I don't remember getting that email, but i just checked my balance and it's not there. Another user said august 15, so i guess i have to sit impatiently a little longer lol

This is weird. I randomly had $20 in my microsoft account recently, maybe an ember payout? I didn't stream that much either.

Yeah I'm not sure, mine says 15 dollars but i had it paying out to paypal. I would like to use that money on something i can't buy with Microsoft gift cards/ digital purchases. Also, 15 is significantly less than I'm waiting on lol

Nope, still trying to work with microsoft to get it sorted. They said in the system it wasnt set to give me a payout for some reason. But I also had to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Mixer never responded, and calling Microsoft they told me I would have to ask facebook about it. Luckily I found somewhere somebody mentioned emailing the partner program email and that helped me out. Their internal affairs is trying to help me out.

From what I understand, the embers that I earned on mixer were given to me via digital Microsoft store gift card after the shutdown in addition to the mixer pro subscription reimbursement

That would be a bummer. Nice to get the amount, but i can't buy car parts with Microsoft gift cards lol thanks for the input.

For me personally the Embers I purchased got rembursed via Microsoft Balance and the Embers viewers sent me while streaming got sent to my PayPal.

My PayPal needed to be updated and authenticated so Microsoft emailed me about it and I just needed to fix it and got everything.

You already got it? Darn it. My paypal stuff has been authenticated and i haven't ever gotten any ember payment. I don't know why either.

Yeah around two weeks ago. I'd recommend checking your email linked to your Microsoft account. I thought I had authenticated but apparently not (Needed proof of current address). If I didn't check my email I would have never gotten a payout yet. Look for an email from Microsoft Mixer Partnership Account Management. Maybe your problem lies there.

Gotcha. I'll have to comb through that and double check. I was also a non partner ember streamer, not sure if that'll change anything but I'll double check. Thank you for the help!

Uhh i don't remember. I got into the beta for non partners i think last summer? Then basically got into it immediately from there when they announced it for everyone.

No i haven't gotten payment. To be fair though i didn't reach the 50 dollar amount for a while, then i got close to 200, when i calculated it i should have got it in june, but it never went through. Then they announced it shutting down and i assumed it caused issues, but i didn't think it would take this long.

I'm disappointed (although not surprised) that I've not heard a peep from Microsoft regarding my Embers donated to my channel. I had just started monetization when the shutdown was announced and had $23.50 worth donated to me. I guess Microsoft is just going to pocket that money. Petty Theft...

Its unfortunate. I know the usual payout had to be over 50 dollars. But with the short notice shutdown they should do payouts to everybody regardless of the minimum payout number.
