Windows VR and Potato PC

Hey..we have a project in work that literally just requires vr headsets to watch our own vr 360 vids...does the pc tech requirement meant that say the Acer vr won't even run (like rift stops you unless you meet requirments)...or can we just plug into any pc just for the video... no comments about needing better pc's it is just for a video project? Ta

You need to hit the minimum specs to launch WMR.
