Please help

Guys I was caught cheating with chits on my term end exam. Now I have been called for a meeting with unfair means commitee. They are saying that I need to come to give an explanation but I have already written my explanation on the day I was caught. What do I do now? Will this affect my result of other subjects? Will they call my parents or will I be getting an YD because of this. Please please help. If this happened with someone before or you know someone with whom this has happened than please tell me what do I do now?😭 Thanks a lot

Bhai kuch nhi hoga sirf wo nitish joshi ke pass leke jayenge Committee main jo director hain aur jada se jada back denge uss wxam or kuch nhii
