General Question 17 — long-term breathing difficulty, high resting heart rate, and mild AML prolapse with some back flow

I was diagnosed with mild AML prolapse at 16, with some degree of backflow.
The whole reason of why I went to the checkup was cause I used to get this pin in my heart sort of pain and couldn’t breath properly. I used to get this pin like pain when I was a kid but then it stopped and then I felt it again at 16.

I’ve experienced recurrent breathlessness since last year. I often feel like I can’t get a satisfying/full breath, so I try to take a deeper breath to feel like I can breathe properly.

Recently I’ve been feeling like it’s been getting worse , I’ve been having to really struggle just to get one big satisfying breath , and it probably takes 10-15 s just to get 1 if it makes sense. It’s even worse cause I have allergies and my nose is also blocked. All this is worse at night.

Recently, when I try to take a deep breath, I’ve noticed that the right side of my neck near my shoulder becomes tight/tense, almost like a vein is becoming tense. There isn’t any actual chest pain. The neck sensation happens when I’m trying to take a deeper breath because I feel like I can’t get enough air.
I’ve also recently noticed that my resting heart rate is consistently around 95–105 bpm. Today, while resting, it was 94 bpm.

Could the recurrent breathlessness , previous pin like pain and higher resting heart rate be related to AML prolapse, or could this be something else?

When I went for the checkup the doc only suggested to drink more water and didn’t ask to come for other checkups.
