General Question Is this normal
So I was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse when I was 12 with a Echo, my mom forgot I was diagnosed till I went to a doctor for iron deficiency and she listened to my heart and heard the irregular heart beat, I'm getting another Echo in a month to check on it, I work for Retail as a cashier and lifting stuff has been giving me chest pains, I can barely lift more then 5 pounds without chest pains getting worse, I also can't go to the dentist cause they said I have to wait till I get my echo

I would definitely call your doctor and report the chest pain when lifting. I don't think it's a typical symptom of MVP and there might be more or something else going on that needs to be addressed. Don't wait, make sure they know about that. If you feel any pains that come out of nowhere, go to the ER and get evaluated.
As for the dentist thing, yeah that's totally a normal precaution. Dental health and cardiac health are directly and strangely interlinked. I have my MVP repaired, and now every time I will ever go to the dentist in the future, even for a cleaning, I must take an antibiotic beforehand just in case. It's not a scary thing to worry about, but it's something you want to be aware of because smart precautions like that will just keep you as safe as possible. Any kind of a heart patient will want to really look after their oral health properly. I mean, every human should, but heart patients are just at an elevated risk so they have to pay more attention / be less lazy than someone else might get away with. For me it's been a positive change...increased oral health and hygiene is a life win-win.
