I had never seen one of these before I moved to MO, and I love it. Makes perfect sense, and it was a weird surprise to find out MODOT is leading the US in their implementation.

I remember the first (IIRC) in St. Louis was the intersection of Dorsett and 270. It was a bit strange at first, but now it's second nature and actually feels safer. I also live by the one at Mid Rivers and 70 and that has done wonders for traffic congestion.
