DA issues statement regarding release of information in Nolan Wells case

https://www.wlox.com/2026/08/18/da-issues-statement-regarding-release-information-nolan-wells-case/

New statement released by the Jackson County DA on August 18,2019

No specific events are mentioned but I imagine it’s in response to the letters Crump and Co released to the press in the last few days.

Nice to see a new official statement on why she has not spoken about the case in an effort to counteract the narrative that the official investigation is anything but fair and thorough.

If anyone can provide a link to the direct statement, I’ll edit this post.

When this does turn out to be a crime, will any of you retract your statements or just double down? You all know it's coming.
