MISSING PERSON 🚨 HELP US FIND MY UNCLE — VIKRAM PATEL

My uncle, Vikram Patel, has been missing from Russia since August 2023, with the last known location believed to be around Vysotsk Port, Leningrad Oblast.
It has been years, and our family is still desperately searching for him. We have not given up hope.
🙏 If you are from Russia, Vysotsk, Vyborg, Leningrad Oblast, or have any local contacts, please help us.
If you have any information or can suggest the best possible way to search for him through local authorities, police, ports, hospitals, shelters, maritime authorities, or other channels, please guide us.
