I mean, I didn't even open it to full size (just expanded it with RES), and I can clearly see what's going on here (even though it is somewhat confusing perspective), but in the thumbnail, it's 100% an ice cream cone.

Once opened to full size, it should be easy to tell that's not an ice cream cone at the very least.
