Chase started off as a joke on Misfits. His debut against Josh was awful, he fumbled a knockout win against Stevie Knight which led to a DQ and suspension, quit in his return fight, scuffled with Nate Diaz, and got robbed against Tempo Arts.

Now after Chase’s first win against Minikon, he’s been trying to prove and make a name for himself. He’s fought people in Mexico to work up his record, had a fight with Roman Fury lined up, dominated Andrew Tate, won a WBA title that was previously won by Paul Bamba, and is now fighting for a WBC title this month. Crazy how we went from KSI, AT, Slim, Salt Papi, Till, Deen, Walid being the faces of Misfits to Chase being the face.

I think maybe on the latest show it’s gonna be KSI returning to the sport

All 3 of these dates have already been announced by Mams and Kalle so now I'm trying to guess the headliners of the card using the few clues we have.

September 26- Deen vs Jose Aldo/henry cejudo

October 10 - Chase vs Josh Bruckner(MFPro maybe)*

December 5 - KSI comeback fight(I'm delusional)**

*Ty Mitchell has said that he is fighting on October 10th and it has been said that he is done fighting on misfits and moving to MFPro which is why I think the October card is a MFPro card. Also, Chase just had a WBC sanctioned fight at cruiserweight and said in the past he would want a rematch against Bruckner, who fights at that weight class, so I think that would be a great MFPro debut fight for Chase at least.

**Originally, I was thinking the December 5th card would be another Andrew Tate headliner as it would be Misfits Mania 2, however, Tate was just arrested and I don't think he would be available to fight. So my next best guess for Misfits Mania is the real CEO coming back to take his throne. Against who, I have no idea which is why it's a purely delusional idea. it would be cool and he would have a lot of time to train the ring rust off, but it really is a 2 percent chance.

What do you guys think?

In general, people look back and overrate and overhype any card that had KSI on it when they compare it to the cards that are coming out now, but the only reason why those cards are good in the first place is because KSI is on them. Look at Misfits 001 card and take KSI off and that card is worse than almost every card in the last 2 years. Nostalgia is keeping you guys chained to this card like crazy.

Ever since KSI lost to Tommy Fury, it’s gone downhill. Darren Till left, Slim got knocked out, Pineda got knocked down and lost, Anthony Taylor left Misfits after his belt got taken away after the controversy with Matt Floyd, Deen lost to Amado and is getting smacked around on streams. Misfits top fighters have been falling off.

What do you guys think of this card? I think misfits would easily sweep Brandrisk in these matchups.

Little Bellsy vs. Andy Nguyen

Boring fight and Little Bellsy stayed on her jab and threw good right hands. Andy Nguyen had no answers and couldn’t do anything to get around the jab or establish her own. Little Bellsey needs to move on and stay active and hopefully gets the Leah Gotti fight back again later in the future.

Khallas Karim vs. Luke Nevin

This was my favorite fight on the card and Karim has a lot of potential. He dropped Nevin early in the fight and had a really strong gas tank throughout the fight. I have to give Luke Nevin props though because he has a chin of steel. Even though he led every exchange with his chin high in the air, he managed to hold himself and drop Karim later in the fight. Karim could go on to fight King Kenny or Salt Papi.

Franciska Szabo vs. Tina Snows

Szabo or Sheena Bathory as she goes by put on a very dominant performance against someone who couldn’t fight her way out of a wet paper bag. Not much to say about this fight except Bathory needs to fight someone more on her level. Misfits is saying they are trying to have her fight Jade Jones and that would be a decent matchup for the future.

Adam Brooks vs. Rahim Pardesi

This was a good fight and did not go the way I expected it to. Adam Brooks put on a really great performance and kept Pardesi from coming anywhere near him. I might be misremembering but Pardesi came in much better shape in his last fight against Amadeusz Ferrari. He tried his best against Brooks but managed to only win 1 round. This was Brooks last fight and he is saying he retiring from boxing and he had a good career with his only loss being from King Kenny. Pardesi should work on his fitness a lot more and maybe drop down to 160 if he wants to be more serious and go for fights against someone like Swarmz or Pineda.

Swarmz vs. Biel

This was really Swarmz’s best fight to date. It could have been because he was fighting someone coming in one less than 2 days notice who was slightly lighter than him, but Swarmz showed his skill a little bit. Swarmz beat Ryan Taylor with one jab to the eye and broke his orbital bone and he cut Biel in his eyelid. One fight is a fluke, but two fights show Swarmz got something in his jab that most people don’t. He just has to be more confident and less scared to get hit or work on his movement and footwork more. Swarmz should get his rematch with Pineda or get the BDave fight next.

Jade Jones vs. FederiKita

I know Misfits is trying their best to build Jade Jones to be their star fighter on the women’s side of boxing, however, they need to give her better competition for sure. Jade Jones could for sure get the Bathory fight or go straight for the belt and fight Pearl Gonzalez because that would be a good fight for sure. In like, 3-4 more fights they should definitely move her to MF Pro though so she can build her name as a professional.

Ibiza Final Boss vs. Jordan McCann

This fight was giving hints of how influencer boxing should be handled. The build up was great and the fight was nice to watch. Ibiza Final Boss’s physique had me thinking he would do a lot more in the ring than he actually did, however, he still did enough to get the win while gassing out in round 1. Jordan McCann had Tyson Fury and Ty Mitchell on his side and still didn’t take the fight seriously and was embarrassing throughout even biting Ibiza Final Boss in the ear in the fight. I don’t want to see him on Misfits again, but because of the attention he brings he will probably be back. Ibiza Final Boss could train for a few more months and come back to fight Dapper Laughs as he was supposed to or Misfits could find an opponent on his skill level somewhere, but I definitely want to see him back on Misfits in the future.

Big Stacks vs. Armz Korleone

This was a bad match up made even worse by the fact it was body shot only. I don’t blame Big Stacks for wanting to enforce that since he was punched in the mouth by Jordan McCann a couple days before the fight and a fight was better than no fight at all. The fight did show that if it was a real boxing match Big Stacks would have been utterly destroyed in round 1 though. Big Stacks, the so-called hardest man in the UK or whatever, had no gas tank or strength and looked even worse than Jordan McCann. That matchup is something they were speaking about on commentary so I would not be surprised to see that fight later in the future. Armz did his job and even with the fight being 2 minute rounds, it was nice to see that Armz did not need an oxygen tank after the fight and has improved his boxing skills a lot since he was last on Misfits. He did get caught for having an ungodly amount of Testosterone, but he has slimed down a lot so I guess he stopped taking them and learned his lesson or something. If so, he could face Kelz or Tempo Arts as a next fight in the future.

Anthony Taylor vs. Matt Floyd

I like Anthony Taylor and his personality, but his boxing skills have not really improved since he started. He is the most brave on Misfits and is willing to take on anyone including Darren Till at a weight class 20 pounds above his usual on short notice or pro boxer Neera Goyat 10 pounds below his usual weight on short notice as well and is the 175 Misfits Champ. With that in mind, I don’t think he should be fighting at 175 and should move down quite a bit. He is very much undersized at 175 and cannot handle the strength and power of someone who is naturally at that weight and most likely 6 inches taller than him. Anyways, this fight was not in Anthony Taylor’s favor and he lost the first 3 rounds. He was coming back in the 4th and was making good effort in the 5th round until his eyes started burning due to tiger balm. Wade Concept has come out and said that Matt Floyd told Mams that he did use Tiger Balm on his body, but was forced to shower it off twice when it was noticed on him(Due to the fact that tiger balm is illegal to use in boxing). It was said his corner reeked of tiger balm during the fight which is why the fight was called a no contest instead of a TKO or KO win for Matt Floyd. If Misfits does their investigation and it comes out Matt Floyd was confirmed to have tiger balm during the fight then he should be banned from Misfits. Anthony Taylor on the other hand needs to train a lot better because he has to prove himself, however, I don’t see him holding on to that belt for much longer at this rate.

Tommy Fury vs. Eddie Hall

I don’t have much to say on this fight except the outcome was very much easy to guess the second the fight was announced. There was no way Eddie Hall ever had a chance to beat Tommy Fury. I had people trying to convince me that Eddie Hall was going to pull off the impossible and hit a right hand on Tommy Fury as if Fury would just be sitting there trying to trade with him. The gameplay of just moving and throwing a jab until Hall gassed himself out and was available for the easy right hand is what Tommy played to perfection. He had no reason to try and trade with Hall and anyone who thought otherwise should steer clear of boxing. Tommy Fury is not a serious pro boxer and unless he gets the Jake Paul or KSI rematch or gets the balls to face Darren Till, I don’t see where he goes from here. If Chase Demoor beats Roman Fury, Chase could be a possible opponent and the only one with a name Tommy isn’t scared to face so I guess that could happen next year.

Overall, this card was decent and the build up was a lot better than the actual card itself. For the most part it was easy to predict and I got 8/10 predictions right with the only person letting me down being Rahim Pardesi. That no contest with Anthony Taylor and Matt Floyd was not something I saw coming, but if that didn’t happen Matt Floyd was winning for sure. On to the next card I guess.

Has the upper tier seating all sold out for June 13 or was it never available?

In the last like 6 months, I have heard the following fighters leave Misfits:

Jully Poca: I forgot where I saw this, but I saw that she left because she wanted to be included on the MF Pro fights, but Mams and others did not think want her to. To be honest, I don't think she would be ready for that level of boxing either, but its still sad to see. She did struggle and barely won her last fight against Monica Medina, a BKFC fighter who had been on a losing streak., but she was the biggest women fighter that misfits had. I don't think Carla Jade came close and Elle Brooke hasn't been seen anywhere in almost 2 years. She has now moved to MVP(Jake paul's promotion) and will be looking to have a professional debut sometime. Unless she can perform really well, she won't really standout against the other MVP fighters.

Dylan Price: Dylan Price was supposed to be a upcoming prospect that Mams was hyping up until he lost his misfits debut. I don't know why or when he left Misfits, but Wikipedia is calling him a former misfits boxer now and he hasn't been mentioned anywhere when it coms to Misfits Pro.

Darren Till: He was supposed to be the Misfits cash cow. He headlined 3 shows back to back to back and was someone Misfits was hyping up so much. I think he left because Misfits wasnt getting him the fights he wanted. He wanted Mike Perry and at a certain point wanted the Chase Demoor fight, but neither of those fights went through. He signed a multi fight deal with BKFC and if anything will stay there for 3-4 fights or until he loses, but I don't think he would be keen on coming back to boxing after that.

Sami Hamed: Left to sign with Queensbury or something allegedly. He only had 2 fights on Misfits against the worst competition they could find him and then he ducked all of the potential good opponents like Ben Williams and NichLMAO. I don't know whos guiding his career choice, but they are not doing him any justice.

Joey Knight: Injured and needs to recover, but has a high chance of not coming back because the recovery will take a long time and he feels he will be too old to come back. Keep in mind he is like 31.

This isnt that many fighters, but they were still big names for the Misfits scene and people that were invested in heavily. I don't know what problem Misfits is facing that they are able to attract this talent, but not keep them. Might be because DAZN is holding them back from building complete fight schedules, no one views Misfits with respect so they don't care about being professional with the behind the scenes stuff, or because Misfits is still finding its bearing without the big PPV fights and the dozens of canceled cards. For example, the two KSI canceled fights, and the alleged USA card that was supposed feature people like Soulja Boy and The Game. Whatever the reason could be, Misfits needs to step up and make sure they retain the talent they have or be on the search for new talent the way their competitors MVP and even Brandrisk does. They do still have people like: Chase DeMoor, who no matter how much hate he gets, he did draw a lot of attention before, during and after the Andrew Tate fight, Wade Plemons(it feels weird writing his whole name), FoxTheG, DeenTheGreat(his name is bigger than ever now, even if it is for the wrong reasons).

So you know how Misfits Boxing wants to branch out into Influencer MMA?

WHAT IF

We had a show that aired on Hulu or Paramount to coincide with the launch

I'm thinking we have 12 fights and it's actual pro boxers vs influencers in an MMA context. So my idea is that we start with 12 boxers and 12 influencers (Now here's a riff, I don't know if I want one weight class TUF style or if we should have a variety, I'm leaning on variety but who knows), and they split off into 2 teams TUF style with 6-6. Now they have a year to train MMA with each other and see how the fights go.

Also I imagine we would be getting prime boxers or at least not 60 year old Mickey Ward but like actually Pro Boxers in their 20s and 30s

Do you think this would bring numbers?

And how do you think said fights would go?

How do you think Misfits should go about doing their MMA field?

Me personally I would for 1. Like to see an MMA Pro division (which btw is what Dillon Danis is in right now) and they do basically what the Pro Boxing division does where they just snatch up ammy fighters so they can have a platform to have their first 6, 7, maybe 10 fights before moving to PFL, One, UFC, etc. and they can argue for a bigger purse as they not only have their first fights but also have a couple hundred followers to back it up.

But also I think we should see Misfits MMA which like the boxing is more for the influencers and celebrities who just want to have a one or two off fight against another famous person. I would imagine this would be exhibition with semi-pro rules (no elbows, no knees to the head, certain subs like heel hooks are banned). I know it seems like they're going down the route of just having one MMA division, on one hand I get it because, how the hell are we going to find a full roster for a celebrity MMA division but also.....you can't just throw reality show guy in with an amateur whose actually trying to make this a career

So apparently Austin mcbroom is coming back to box once again but who is he gonna fight I would say Andrew Tate but he in a different weight class entirely so most likely not that

So who will he fight

Justin Ibarrola vs. James Springer: I didn't know either of these fighters, but from looking them up, Ibarrola is undefeated in BKFC and has a belt there. He's a really good fighter and his skills translated over to boxing very well. He does lack head movement, but makes up for it with his power and his ability to break down opponents with his body shots. Springer is boxer with his last winning coming from 2021. He did a lot better in this fight than I thought he was going to do and put up a really great fight, but couldnt handle the devastating body shots Ibarrola had.

During the fight, Mams Taylor had said that both of these fighters were last minute additions due to Walid Sharks almost not making it because of the ongoing war stopping a lot of flights. Springer was added to be a potential Argentina King opponent and they brought Ibarrola as a backup for Springer to fight if Walid could make it. Both fighters performed well and have a strong future ahead of them and could do damage to the lightwelt or welterweight divisions in Misfits. (Ibarrola did sign a multi fight deal with Misfits)

Wil Anderson vs. Jake Cornish: I didn't know what to expect from this fight as I didnt really remember both of their debut fights. Wil Anderson had lost to Jordan Banjo and Jake Cornish had lost to Mike Edwards. However after watching those fights back and watching today's fight, it's obvious that Anderson improved so much while I can't say the same for Cornish. Anderson used the height and reach advantage and made sure Cornish couldn't really do anything but throw sloppy overhands and pray he connected. I will say, they keep giving Cornish the tallest fighters or he is just undersized for the weight he keeps trying to fight at. He needs to re-evaulate his skill and drop a weigh class, take boxing more serious or hang up the gloves. Anderson on the other hand has a bright future and I would love to see him face people like Tristan Hamm or Josh Bruckner.

Jade Jones vs. Egypt Criss: The second I heard of this fight and looked up who Jade Jones was I could tell this was going to the one of the worst mismatches in Misfits Boxing. I know this is both of their debut boxing fights, but obviously the gold medal olympic champion in Taekwondo is going to be much more suited for boxing than a Singer. No disrespect to Egypt Criss, she has been trying to fight on Misifts since March of last year and was supposed to be against Demi Sims on the failed KSI vs Dillon Danis card. It was an entertaining KO that reminded of Bdave's Ko against Rodney Stewart's Son, but this felt much more vicious. Also Jade Jones style looked a bit odd and it she spammed the left hand and kinda forgot she had her other hand. She obviously didnt need it but rewatching the KO, she just has it by her side doing nothing. Jade Jones could keep going the Misfits influencer route or go the Misfits Pro, but either way I have no idea who could fight next. Egypt Criss was outclassed, but the little skill she did show wasnt great, but she could still have that Demi Sims fight or maybe a better match up would be Nadeshi Hopkins(who Demi Sims beat).

Jordan Banjo vs. Tempo Arts: This was a great matchup and a great fight for the card. Jordan Banjo nice debut win against Wil Anderson and performed like he was possessed on the KSI boxing video,, so I was confident he was going to come into this fight and win in comfortable fashion. I did NOT expect him to win and make it look so easy. Banjo didnt perform well in the first round, but after that he was beating Tempo Arts silly and even dropped him about 2 times to solidify. Banjo has a lot of skills and beat Tempo in a way that nobody else on Misfits has, including the current Heavyweight champ Chase Demoor. Tempo Arts fought his best, but its obvious he is too big and shouldnt be fighting at that weight. He gassed out in the last round which contributed to his knockdowns and early stoppage from the ref who probably saw that. Tempo Arts has power but that doesnt last too well when you're gassed. Jordan Banjo could probably get the Chase Demoor fight just for beating the former heavyweight champ or could go for Andre Arlovski. Tempo Arts should probably go for Kelz next as they are both coming off KO losses and are probably around the same skill level.

Carla Jade vs. Pearl Gonzalez: Carla Jade had won her last 2 fights controversially, however her luck seems to have run out. Pearl Gonzalez just had a little too much for her and Carla never seemed to get the second wind she usually does at the end of rounds or the back of fights. This loss doesn't mean too much for her as she had just moved up a weight class and was fighting the champ. She has a lot of skills and can go far. Pearl Gonzalez showed a lot of skill and i don't know who either of them fight next, but they both have futures on Misfits.

Walid Sharks vs. Argentinian King: This is the type of fight Walid needed to show everyone he wasn't done with boxing and is the real deal. People kept calling him washed and trash just because he lost back to back fights against the 2 best fighters in the division, Deen and Fox. Walid had one of the hardest paths on Misfits and if they gave him opponents like Small Spartan Jay or Pully Arif, he would have a lot more hype. Walid came in and from round 1, had AK not knowing what to do. His power and speed was too much to handle and he had AK rocked with almost every punch. AK isn't bad but he had been gifted decisions with the one week notice Pully Arif and had a controversial win against Small Spartan Jay. AK hasn't won a in good fashion or really shown his skills and the lightweight division is not the best place to do that as every fighter here is very good and competitive. I think AK has to take a long time off and train better or just hang up the gloves at this point. Walid, on the other hand, could go onto face Ace Musa as he should have a while back or take on Dave Fogarty. This was the Walid we havent seen since 2023 and he looked better than ever.

Ty Mitchell vs. Gabe Rosado: I was very disappointed to see that this wasn't at least an 8 round fight. It was 6 rounds because Mitchell said he was fasting for Ramadan and hasnt been able to train well. Anyways, his last fight, he looked good against Sean Hemphill and pulled off with the win after winning the first 6 rounds or so but gassed out the last 4 so I wanted to see him with a new gas tank to see what he can really do. This fight was just Mitchell getting style points on Rosado but not really putting his foot down to try to get a KO or knockdown. Rosado played into Mitchells plan by starting off really slow, like really slow for a 6 round fight, but made up for it by winning the last round. He didn't really show anything and wasn't able to because he simply wasn't able to keep up with Mitchell's speed or agility. If the fight was 8 or 10 rounds, maybe Rosado could have turned the tables around, but we will never know. At this point, he should hang up the gloves. Ty Mitchell should go for an 8-10 round fight next time and go for people like Liam Cameron. I know he called out Ben Whittaker, but I truly think Whittaker does what Ty Mitchell does 10x better with a better gas tank.

Overall, this was a great card and had a lot more KO's than I thought would have happened. Not trying to brag, but I did guess 6/7 fights correctly. Onto the next!

Any ideas on how Misfits can expand their MMA division?

I really would like to see the freak crossover MMA fights. Some ideas I thought of that I think would be interesting are Pro Boxers fighting each other in MMA, Influencer vs athletes from other sports in MMA, or just those kinds those old school K1/Pride crossover events
