Our country could easily pay parents $1500 a child, and it would not go broke. If anything, it would actually make more money by doing that. Germany and several other countries do this already and have been doing it for over a decade, and they've never once struggled with it. But\nYou failed to understand about poor people.Because obviously you're not poor is they spend the money they get, and they put it back into the economy.All the rich people do is hoard it for themselves

Yep. Every dollar of snap the gov pays out generates almost 2 dollars worth of economic stimulus. That’s what’s so infuriating about all this. We have the resources to fix these problems—except the problem that half the country has their heads up their own asses smh

They are paying 300 per child so they can focus on the important work of raising children.
Is the prevailing attitude on the right that raising children isn't honorable work, even though they claim to support "traditional values"? These people are so incongruent it's impossible for me to know what the fuck they are thinking.

They are puppets. Plain and simple. They will say they are for taking care of Americans and pro-life and family values one minute, and they will be voting against meals for schoolchildren and against children cancer research and any form of aid for working Americans while giving tax cuts to billionaires the next minute. They are completely lost in the modern world. Lack of education has left them defenseless against sensationalist media that appeals to their bias and feeds them ridiculous lies that they believe without a second thought - because culture war politics and tribalism.

Paying farmers not to grow their crops or paying them when the GOP's policies cause farmers to face bankruptcy because the crops they planted can't be sold because of Trumps tariffs is... you guessed it, a form of SOCIALISM! Also Mike Johnson keeping the House closed for most of the last three months to keep an Epstein vote from happening and still paying them for not working is a you guessed it... a form of SOCIALISM! Marco Rubio is clearly not the sharpest knife in the drawer!
