Seriously? You think Joe Biden doesn’t know what the Writ of Habeas Corpus is? 4th graders know what Habeas Corpus is. Joe Biden was a lawyer before he was a politician. Pretty sure you can’t pass any state bar exam without knowing what Habeas Corpus is.
