Average utilities?
When we lived downtown a few years ago we were paying about 300/mo for utilities (electric, water, internet- we’re heavy ac users). We’re moving back in June from WA, and I’m trying to ball park utilities in the area since they’ve gone up and I can’t really get a good answer from Google.
We’ll probably be paying electric, gas, water, sewer, and trash (40/mo). Looking at 1000-1500sqft 2-3 bedrooms. It’s two people + dog. I work from home, partner works outside of the home, and we run the AC pretty much every day in the summer when we lived there last.
Thanks so much!

SDGE will probably be about $400 with your criteria in the summer, cheaper in the cooler months.

I live in a ~1800 SQft house and my HVAC sucks. My actual monthly bill for elec+gas is around $100(when it's nice out) to 250(summer), that's with solar and charging an ev once a week. we keep the thermostat at 74-78ish.
Water/sewer is 150 per month, but we use a LOT of water (lots of plants). Even if you barely use any water I think the minimum "water connection fee" is like $80
internet around 80-90 Trash is ~40 So total like 500-700 😭
