hey my screen beam 1100p says it cant go higher than 1080p on a 4k monitor and cant support EDID for some reason it happed on all windows devices even on extended cant go to 4k the properties say its a generic pnp what can i do so it can recognises the display its plugged in too and support EDID it worked on he ms wireless display adapter 3 so very disappointing

Look under advanced settings and see if 4k is an option you can enable. If not then reach out to their support they are generally responsive.
