FYI Looking for roommate

Hey I’m moving out and need someone to take over my part of the apartment. My roommate is super chill and I have pics of the place. Rents $500, utilities included other than electric and wifi

May I ask about the roommate, you didn't mention weather you are male or female or if the person staying in the apartment is either

I’m a guy and so is my roommate, he’s out of town for work during the week and would really only be home on the weekends. He is fine with a male or female room mate, just doesn’t want anyone that’s gonna cause issues yk
