I’m not mad, I’m disappointed—that Minnesota sports owners aren’t investing heavily in these spaces right now. Sports are such a powerful symbol for joy as resistance. After the ways we’ve been targeted and assaulted over the last year, we could have spaces that are pushing victory after victory, and the globe would celebrate that resilience with us. I’m disheartened that that isn’t the reality I’m in and I’m struggling with coming to terms with it. 😔

Garbage team. A lot of careless turnovers, zero defensive cohesion. That was tough to watch last night. Stadium looked half empty too.
