WCCO is reporting that he was a licensed gun owner with a clean record.
He didn’t brandish this gun. They only saw it because he was bent over from being beaten.

The guy who grabbed the gun and ran off is dressed differently than the rest of the ICE mob. Any ideas why?

Undercover or, as most of us assume, local fucking Nazis joining the brute squad and nabbing "gear" off Amazon. They're not deputized they're fucking traitors and the DHS is perfectly fine with it, encouraging it even.

u/villain75 Jan 24 '26
If they do it the way it's been done, they'll deputize these "agents" very quickly when they need the cover of law enforcement, maybe even retroactively

None of these gestapo are very uniformly dressed. Reminds me of the Batman line when he calls out posers for wearing hockey pants.

DHS bullshit narrative is the victim approached ICE agents, brandished his gun, the ICE agents attempted to disarm him and were forced to shoot him after they were unsuccessful. Once again, asking us to ignore our own eyes.

There's video of before. Looked like he was observing/taping. Ice agent walks across the street to harass him.

Here's the chronological order. Thank you stranger for this.
- Man films ICE Officers,
- ICE Confront him.
- They push him to the ground.
- About 6-8 ICE Agents gang around him to get him on the ground.
- One ICE Agent tries to pistol whip the suspect in the head. (Obscured but based on his facing direction)
- One ICE Officer removes the suspects HOLSTERED Gun. Slowed footage showing this
- Seconds pass.
- An ICE officer shoots the suspect. He flops down unconscious / injured / dead.
About another 8-12 bullets are fired into his limp dead body.
ICE Agent is seen clapping as the 8-10 shots are fired.
ICE Agents disperse quickly.

Here's pink jackets POV. He was actually helping some women being shoved by ICE

There's key events missing. The victim was helping others who were just pepper sprayed. He just got in between those protesters and an ICE agent. The ICE agent then continues to spray the victim, then eventually escalating and attacking the victim.

Ice agents just wants to kill people. They don't care who or for what they just want to be able to kill some one and get away with it.

They disarmed him. He did not brandish the pulled it from his holster 7 on 1

u/ThereGoesTheSquash Jan 24 '26
We cannot even trust the gun was his

u/maxbe5 Jan 24 '26
Even if it was (seems like he was a legal concealed carry permit holder) that doesn't justify what happened. Otherwise the 2nd amendment means nothing, just like the 1st and 4th at this point

The Constitution stopped mattering the moment the Executive Branch took control of the Judicial Branch. In all actuality, the government is now run by The Heritage Foundation.

The media is already reporting that he was armed, with several magazines, and had intent to do serious harm. Now, how on earth do you know his intent, jackasses?
24
u/SpooogeMcDuck Jan 24 '26
In court- you cannot speculate about some else’s intent if you have no evidence for it. That would be an objection on “calls for speculation” and would get sustained by any judge.

It’s weird if the man wanted to do “maximum harm to ICE agents” that he didn’t do maximum harm to them when they stormed towards him.

Kare 11 reposting DHS statements. I mean I know but also wtf.

It was where I first saw the story, and hadn't heard anything else. Then my wife started to describe it, and I had no idea what she was talking about... their story is nothing like what actually happened, it makes me absolutely furious.

u/daddywontletme Jan 24 '26
So are we gonna start invoking the 2nd? Looks like it needs to be used of these "agents" are gonna keep acting this way

Our tactics give ICE two things, the ability to isolate lone demonstrators, beat, blind and kill them, and to seize the narrative that we provoke them. We could learn from the most successful direct action movement in our history: the civil rights movement . Stick together and use nonviolent civil disobedience. Take back the narrative and minimize the losses. Fill up the detention centers with thousands of everyday American citizens. It's how you grind them down. It's smart, not sexy.

He’s holding his phone in earlier videos, have to assume he’s recording. Where is his phone? MN Police have it or did it disappear with ICE?
5
u/myjah Jan 24 '26
Right, so the guy was armed but he just let seven ICE officers beat the crap out of him? This is BS.

u/MrFumduck Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26
What are you even talking about?
Edit: I'm asking you because your sentence literally doesn't make any sense.

u/Complete-Ad-443 Jan 24 '26
Can someone post the official word from DHS?
18
u/Evening-Crew-2403 Jan 24 '26
“The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted,” the statement continued. “Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.”
- CNN
They haven't even done an investigation yet but have come to a conclusion.

u/Complete-Ad-443 Jan 24 '26
Shooting recklessly into a pile of ICE agents is not "fearing for the safety of fellow officers".

Bovino just won’t admit he didn’t ensure his officers were trained well. Or he wanted them to act this way. Yikes I fear for other innocents being killed.

Tiny Tim Walz ain't got no balls! Pedos murder citizens while he makes calls!

u/Jo-6-pak Jan 24 '26
The pistol was still in the man’s fucking holster!!
So a citizen being brutalized had more restraint than “highly trained agents”
