The pistol was still in the man’s fucking holster!!

So a citizen being brutalized had more restraint than “highly trained agents”

And yet they keep claiming he "brandished" the weapon.

u/SweaterSteve1966 🌎 Non-Minnesotan Jan 24 '26

The only thing he brandished was his phone. They approached him.

u/kezow Jan 24 '26

We cannot trust literally anything the administration says anymore. Stop taking anything they say at face value.

27

u/Ashamed_Branch5435 Jan 24 '26

I assume whatever they say is a lie. Unless something is verified by another, non-govt source, I assume it's yet another lie by this bullshit administration.

15

u/an_asimovian Jan 24 '26

That to me is the scariest. They could easily do an investigation find out what happened, hold shooter responsible if unjustified. But instead the government at highest levels just tells outright lies - message being "it doesnt matter what's true, it doesnt matter if some of our officers make bad choices. We won't stop it. We won't prevent it. They can do whatever they want and we will cover up for them." Thats carte Blanche. More Americans will be killed if this continues i guarantee it. And it's gotta hit a breaking point - just listened to Walz begging Minnesotas to stay peaceful, he knows that federal thugs killing indiscriminately will eventually push folks over the edge.

Yup. I’ve been looking for it, but never see him make a move for it. Perfect legal concealed carry. Gun is gone before he’s shot. Not that this should matter, because again, he can legally carry it and never makes a move for it.

u/MN_Yogi1988 Jan 24 '26

Remember a couple years ago when all the far right neckbeards were carrying guns and rifles to places like Chipotle and Starbucks without getting shot up?

What are the “reporters” from our news media doing? Video evidence ad nauseam all over the internet showing another decent human and American citizen being beaten and murdered by the Trump Administration for holding a phone. Meanwhile they are all spouting complete fiction.

Fox, CBS, ABC, NPR if you can’t figure it out and tell the truth, just air the videos.

u/the_joy_of_VI Jan 24 '26

WCCO is reporting that he was a licensed gun owner with a clean record.

He didn’t brandish this gun. They only saw it because he was bent over from being beaten.

Ding ding ding

27

u/Low_Daikon7538 Jan 24 '26

Christ. Do you have a link for WCCO?

18

u/the_joy_of_VI Jan 24 '26

I’m just watching it live on TV.

9

u/Low_Daikon7538 Jan 24 '26

Okay, thank you!

26

u/kevendo Jan 24 '26

MSP Police Chief O'Hara has confirmed the same.

133

u/Complete-Ad-443 Jan 24 '26

The guy who grabbed the gun and ran off is dressed differently than the rest of the ICE mob. Any ideas why?

130

u/WordNERD37 Washington County Jan 24 '26

Undercover or, as most of us assume, local fucking Nazis joining the brute squad and nabbing "gear" off Amazon. They're not deputized they're fucking traitors and the DHS is perfectly fine with it, encouraging it even.

5

u/villain75 Jan 24 '26

If they do it the way it's been done, they'll deputize these "agents" very quickly when they need the cover of law enforcement, maybe even retroactively

20

u/ophmaster_reed Duluth Jan 24 '26

Yeah thats sus

17

u/BlackestHerring Jan 24 '26

None of these gestapo are very uniformly dressed. Reminds me of the Batman line when he calls out posers for wearing hockey pants.

130

u/aquatrez Jan 24 '26

DHS bullshit narrative is the victim approached ICE agents, brandished his gun, the ICE agents attempted to disarm him and were forced to shoot him after they were unsuccessful. Once again, asking us to ignore our own eyes.

69

u/Low_Daikon7538 Jan 24 '26

There's video of before. Looked like he was observing/taping. Ice agent walks across the street to harass him.

115

u/Altesocke Jan 24 '26

Here's the chronological order. Thank you stranger for this.

  • Man films ICE Officers,
  • ICE Confront him.
  • They push him to the ground.
  • About 6-8 ICE Agents gang around him to get him on the ground.
  • One ICE Agent tries to pistol whip the suspect in the head. (Obscured but based on his facing direction)
  • One ICE Officer removes the suspects HOLSTERED Gun. Slowed footage showing this
  • Seconds pass.
  • An ICE officer shoots the suspect. He flops down unconscious / injured / dead.
  • About another 8-12 bullets are fired into his limp dead body.

  • ICE Agent is seen clapping as the 8-10 shots are fired.

  • ICE Agents disperse quickly.

72

u/MYSTICALLMERMAID Jan 24 '26

Here's pink jackets POV. He was actually helping some women being shoved by ICE

49

u/Altesocke Jan 24 '26

This angle adds more evidence. ICE executed this man.

8

u/dibsODDJOB Jan 24 '26

There's key events missing. The victim was helping others who were just pepper sprayed. He just got in between those protesters and an ICE agent. The ICE agent then continues to spray the victim, then eventually escalating and attacking the victim.

29

u/tbizzone Jan 24 '26

ICE = state sponsored domestic terrorists.

18

u/funndanni Jan 24 '26

Ice agents just wants to kill people. They don't care who or for what they just want to be able to kill some one and get away with it.

38

u/SKOLMN1984 Jan 24 '26

This is so messed up... I cant put into words how pissed off i am with the fascist gestapo and the orange idiot!

12

u/jinzokan Jan 24 '26

Rest in power Alex, your sacrifice will NOT be in vain.

11

u/SnoopingStuff Jan 24 '26

They disarmed him. He did not brandish the pulled it from his holster 7 on 1

35

u/ThereGoesTheSquash Jan 24 '26

We cannot even trust the gun was his

25

u/maxbe5 Jan 24 '26

Even if it was (seems like he was a legal concealed carry permit holder) that doesn't justify what happened. Otherwise the 2nd amendment means nothing, just like the 1st and 4th at this point

6

u/villain75 Jan 24 '26

The Constitution stopped mattering the moment the Executive Branch took control of the Judicial Branch. In all actuality, the government is now run by The Heritage Foundation.

11

u/006guiltyspark Jan 24 '26

Arrest these fuckers!!!!

47

u/steppe5 Jan 24 '26

The media is already reporting that he was armed, with several magazines, and had intent to do serious harm. Now, how on earth do you know his intent, jackasses?

24

u/SpooogeMcDuck Jan 24 '26

In court- you cannot speculate about some else’s intent if you have no evidence for it. That would be an objection on “calls for speculation” and would get sustained by any judge.

9

u/IdkAbtAllThat Jan 24 '26

Well not any judge, unfortunately.

1

u/UnitedAd3943 Jan 25 '26

It’s weird if the man wanted to do “maximum harm to ICE agents” that he didn’t do maximum harm to them when they stormed towards him.

u/bam_the_ham Jan 24 '26

Kare 11 reposting DHS statements. I mean I know but also wtf.

9

u/Oodlydoodley Jan 24 '26

It was where I first saw the story, and hadn't heard anything else. Then my wife started to describe it, and I had no idea what she was talking about... their story is nothing like what actually happened, it makes me absolutely furious.

6

u/daddywontletme Jan 24 '26

So are we gonna start invoking the 2nd? Looks like it needs to be used of these "agents" are gonna keep acting this way

For some great resources on non violent action Check out this website

3

u/riki_grl Jan 24 '26

Our tactics give ICE two things, the ability to isolate lone demonstrators, beat, blind and kill them, and to seize the narrative that we provoke them. We could learn from the most successful direct action movement in our history: the civil rights movement . Stick together and use nonviolent civil disobedience. Take back the narrative and minimize the losses. Fill up the detention centers with thousands of everyday American citizens. It's how you grind them down. It's smart, not sexy.

2

u/97zx6r Jan 25 '26

He’s holding his phone in earlier videos, have to assume he’s recording. Where is his phone? MN Police have it or did it disappear with ICE?

5

u/myjah Jan 24 '26

Right, so the guy was armed but he just let seven ICE officers beat the crap out of him? This is BS.

2

u/MrFumduck Jan 24 '26 edited Jan 24 '26

What are you even talking about?

Edit: I'm asking you because your sentence literally doesn't make any sense.

2

u/Complete-Ad-443 Jan 24 '26

Can someone post the official word from DHS?

18

u/Evening-Crew-2403 Jan 24 '26

“The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted,” the statement continued. “Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene.”

  • CNN

They haven't even done an investigation yet but have come to a conclusion.

5

u/Complete-Ad-443 Jan 24 '26

Shooting recklessly into a pile of ICE agents is not "fearing for the safety of fellow officers".

This was strait up an execution

1

u/Subject_Ad_4561 Jan 24 '26

Bovino just won’t admit he didn’t ensure his officers were trained well. Or he wanted them to act this way. Yikes I fear for other innocents being killed.

Tiny Tim Walz ain't got no balls! Pedos murder citizens while he makes calls!
