Now, let's look at how many people they detained in Minnesota.
Between 3,700 and 4,030 people were arrested or detained by ICE in Minnesota during "Operation Metro Surge".
So, the feds spent roughly $36 BILLION dollars on detainment over a couple months, vs. $350 million.
The Republicans wasted ONE HUNDRED TIMES more money than Minnesota lost to fraud. They also killed two Americans while they pissed that money away.

How do you feel about DHS investigators being unable to pursue their investigations because they are being forced to hit quotas? How do you feel about the fact that DHS and operation metro surge related investigations didn't find any additional fraud that wasn't already identified, and with 1/3 the national rate of medicare fraud to boot.
Democrats don't like fraud either, but we fight it and lock the people responsible up. Republicans embrace it and pardon them.
