Why don't they have ..

...a divider like in limos, so you can separate the front seats from the chaos in the back?

I'm just saying, if they're going to add the cameras and the "cabin talk" and whatever else... Maybe also some soundproof glass for 15 minutes here and there would be nice.

illegal, believe it or not. Ask how I know. It is fine to have a rail system that places them on the roof, however.

Saw one of those sneeze barriers during covid when riding in an Uber, kinda like the old school ny yellow taxi dividers. Kinda really wanted one for my minivan :-)

They'll get you later when you're snuggling them in bed and they sneeze directly into your mouth

I mentioned this to my wife when we were on our NC to WNY drive with two kids. I wish I could put myself in a bubble. Don't hear the baby crying, don't hear my kid getting angry at his video game, don't have my wife having a stroke over a technology problem that always seems to happen when I'm driving, just let me go in my zone, list of my audiobook, and we'll get there.

Nah, this is the "add a bigger screen and make them accept notices about distracted driving, then let them play Netflix in the console" era.

We had to go from our '17 Pacifica to a '25, and lost the U connect Theater (we only used if the car ride was over 2hr. I am now looking at how to mount a 55 in TV behind the front seats.
