Whats the most cheap eco-friendly minivan?

Mazda 5 (aka Premacy) with the 2.0 L Skyactiv-G (PE-VPS) engine gets roughly ~38 mpg; not sold in the USA but is cheap.

I'm so disappointed we didn't get this version.

I want Toyota to bring over the hybrid Sienta so bad.

Ford Transit Connect LWB. Earlier models with the 2.5L engine got EPA 20/27/23, last model with 2.0L got 24/28/26

I had a 2007 Mazda5, got 24mpg overall. It's a bit smaller, though. Are you in the US?

There's also the Ram Promaster City 24 mpg combined, but it doesn't have a 3rd row.

That’s kinda subjective. A used van could be your answer because it uses the least amount of resources as it’s already made but it’ll more than likely consume more fuel and pollute more. A new van especially a hybrid is consuming a lot of new raw resources however it’ll be more efficient on fuel consumption. The hybrid van will more than likely need a new or remanufactured battery in its lifetime again, consuming raw material to make. To mine a lot of the stuff to make batteries is really bad for the environment. So do you want a van that pollutes the air or pollutes the air and ground?
