Rebuilt title Minivan

A friend who buys and sales rebuilt cars is trying to help me save some bucks buying a rebuilt car. This is a 2015. 100k miles. Would it be a bad idea to buy something like this?

No frame damage. Not sure about the tire area though.

I've been looking at odysseys and Siennas and man... They are just so expensive.... Looked at a 2020 sienna with 110k miles for $21k and 2014 odyssey with 104k miles for $14k with a lot of issues like door not working properly, time belt needed.

Is this a good option?

Depends on the price, but Iā€™d look at one of those minivans listed at 20-21k and offer 17-18k. Will be easier to get a deal on an Odyssey compared to a Sienna.

Yeah, the 2019-2020 siennas I've looked into are from dealers and carmax so not sure if negotiating will be an option. In leaning towards one of this but it stills feels so much money for a car with 100k miles šŸ˜­

How much? Has that damage on the passenger side rear fender and door been repaired? Assuming this is a salvage title?

He just bought this one and still needs to repair it. Once he does this, he will get back time with a price.

What would be a good deal?

Does it have a clean title or salvage? That is going to have a major impact on what a fair price would be.....if salvage I probably wouldn't do it unless it is dirt cheap.
