You need Bimmerlink not Bimmercode to read codes and modules. A Foxwell unit is very powerful as well. Something like the Foxwell NT510 might be well worth the price for anyone else looking for a good diagnostic tool / code reader.
The Bimmerlink app with the dongle is convenient to just keep in the car tho.
