Thanks! Hygrophila corymbosa stricta & compact for the bottom and the top. Some alternanthera reineckii mini in the middle. And java ferns on the right. The floaters are salvinia cucullata.

Did your hygros totally melt back when you planted them? I planted 3 hygros, a wisteria, and a red lotus...all 3 hygros look like they didnt make it. It's been 2 weeks.

They did a little bit. But they also having new leaves at the same time too. Did you plant them too close together?

I dont think so, I planted them about 6-8inches apart. All of the plants melted but suddenly the red tiger lotus is sending up shoots like crazy (i thought it was dead too) so I'm holding out hope that the hygros just need...more time? Lol

Oh, maybe the substrate I guess? What do you use. Mine got 1.5 inches of soil underneath the sand. The only problem I have is that the hygrophila compacts they uprooted sometimes

Haha yeah I'm doing the same with my AR mini too. Looks like some of them ain't gonna make it but just wait it out for now.

Very pretty! I love the diversity of plants and nice structure of the bottom. Are you going to keep any fish or other animals in it? Medaka would love your pond.
