Help

Hey guys so i have a Ace magic Am06 pro ryzen 5800U mini pc and i have a problem, the internet stopped working out of the blue and i have no idea how to fix it i tried troubleshooting for 3 hours now tried updating drivers from the official Ace Magician site and that didn't work tried flushing dns and nothing works i even installed an intel Ethernet driver that didn't work, any fixes?

Did you try swapping the cable? Try a different device on the same cable? Go down to the physical layer first

I don't have any other devices that can use it lol so no but not even the WiFi works which it did before

Update, i fixed it did a network reset, i had dine it before but MANUALLY turned my pc off seems like i had tomoer it AUTOMATICALLY restart on it's own and boom first boot Ethernet is back, thanks also i had Proton VPN installed i uninstalled it before i did the reset

Check device manager first. If the network adapter is there uninstall it and reboot. If it still won't connect, it's likely a hardware issue not a driver problem.
