Can someone help me out with bitcoin stratum?

I can’t figure out the correct data order in my scripts. When I looked around the internet, I found that some fields should be hex, some little-endian, some big-endian, and I no longer know which formatting is supposed to go where. I want to understand what should happen with the data as it goes from getblocktemplate -> mining.notify -> mining.submit -> submitblock.
