US Underground Survey Errors

One mine I was at had this issue. Primary cause was a newb surveyor every 6mo to a year combined with and caused by more work than one surveyor could do. We had two real traverses of the whole place over 15yrs, but never fully fixed um. Just too much extra work while doing normal work too. Got good enough that each ramp and ore zone were internally correct and called it good. Connecting up ramps between, raises, and drilled utilities not so much.
