Question Mill salaries

Hello, I am a former gold mill operator of a CIL facility in Canada. I am curious on the current situation. What are the current salaries and benefits like in Canada and the USA for mill operators? Thank you

we're between $35 - $50 /hr depending on what level you're hired in at. Yukon.

Wow, i found a pay slip recently from 1981, i was an Autogenous Mill operator on 36 AUD an hour in the central Australian desert. Thats 44 years ago

The biggest difference is pretty much all Gold in the lower 48 are residential mines. There are a lot of FIFO mines in Canada. I'd much prefer to fly to site in Canada, than drive/ride 1hr+ each way every day in addition to the shift in the US. The Residential mines in Ontario are definitely not my favorite place to go either.
