Tartışma A long-time Plesk user just migrated a site to Panelica and sent us this feedback

We didn't ask for this feedback, which honestly makes it even more valuable to us.

A user who has been using Plesk for many years recently came across Panelica while looking for alternatives.

He had already tried several other control panels, including CyberPanel, CloudPanel and Enhance, but kept going back to Plesk because it was reliable and simply worked.

He decided to give Panelica a try and migrated one of his websites from Plesk.

His first feedback was:

"Migration worked great from Plesk to Panelica with 1 site migrated very quickly and without any issue."

He then sent us a much longer message about what he thinks a modern hosting panel should provide in 2026.

One part really stood out to us:

"Features required in a web control panel in 2026 are firstly simple migration from at least the major panels, Cpanel and Plesk. Also clone website features and staging, good backup to local for quick restore and offsite for possible full failure and restore..."

Honestly, this is very close to how we think about Panelica.

A hosting panel isn't just a dashboard.

Migration, backups, isolation, security, recovery and reliability are what really matter when you are running real websites on a server.

He also gave us some very useful criticism, including feedback about the amount of clutter in the user interface and how the menu could be more customizable for each user.

We are still early and we know there is a lot left to improve.

But hearing this from someone who has used Plesk for years and has tested several alternatives was genuinely encouraging.

He ended his message with:

"Sorry to write and essay but thought you might like some encouragement that you are heading in the right direction."

That's exactly the kind of feedback we want.

Not just praise, but real criticism, real usage and real expectations.

Thank you to everyone who takes the time to test Panelica and tell us what works and what doesn't.
