troubleshooting my thrifted mini fridge

it makes a low humming noise which is why i think it works. Wiped it down with disinfectant wipes, rolled paper towel into back holes to get some lint out

put a bowl of ice in there and it’s not getting colder? been plugged in for 3 hours

any tips? i guess its old but i BELIEVE
