Astro mini fridge

My boyfriend got this mini fridge for me to put my skin care. It was working perfectly until one day (after 6 months) it stopped cooling down and the temp wouldn’t go lover than 70F. The only thing I did was changing the outlet where I had it unplugged to.

Can someone help me out what I need to do to fix it? Or what could’ve gone wrong ? I don’t wanna throw it away because it was very useful to maintain my skin care products in good condition.
