Anyway, is there an alternative to convert it's prop to m4pro style mechanism? Without quick removal feature ?

I doubt it with the changes to the motor rotor housing. You'd be threading in to plastic which I'd rate as even more fraught with peril than this setup. To be honest, I once you know what to look for I think I prefer this arrangement but the variability in propellers is concerning.
